Objective – To work alongside all relevant stakeholders involved in developing Hellshire as a Tourism (Eco, Heritage, Community, Resort) Destination while ensuring that residents are given the opportunity to enjoy and appreciate the natural and therapeutic environment that we live in and to experience the personal rejuvenation and restorative benefits of our area. To also provide the potential for economic gain from Community Based Tourism for our residents.

Key Targets:

• Developing Hiking Trails / Guided Tours

• Establishing Look Out Points

• To collaborate with TriLife876 to put on the Sun City Triathlon

• To collaborate with other groups willing to use Hellshire for sporting and lifestyle activities

• To develop a registry of residents involved in Airbnb activities

• To create annual Hellshire Branded event (Example -Kite Festival, etc)

Other Medium/Long Term Goals:

• Investigate the use of Genesis Beach as an exclusive membership beach

• Biking Trails

• Jogging and Biking Lanes
